Information we collect

Our forms collect the information you provide: your name, email address, business name, phone number when requested, business type, business and shipping addresses, website and Google review links, and any design instructions, brand asset links, project descriptions, or notes you submit. Website inquiries do not require a phone number or shipping address.

We also keep your request reference, submission time, consent, payment status and transaction reference, design approval records, shipping updates, and support correspondence when relevant to your request. Hosting and payment providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request logs, and fraud-prevention signals to deliver and protect their services.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare and fulfill orders, program your review link, arrange design previews and approvals, process payment confirmations, send service emails, handle shipping and replacements, maintain records, and protect the website from misuse. Submitting a form does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Payments

Card payments take place on Stripe's hosted checkout. We store payment confirmation details needed to match a payment to a request. Our website does not collect or store your full payment card number or security code. Stripe processes checkout information under its own privacy policy.

Service providers and sharing

We use OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare, to host the website and store requests. Resend sends form confirmations and business notifications. Google Workspace handles our support inbox, and Google Fonts provides the website's fonts. These providers receive information needed for their services.

When fulfilling an order, we may give a printer or NFC supplier the artwork, business details, and review link needed to make the card, and give a shipping provider the contact and delivery details needed to deliver it. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud or protect rights. We do not sell the information you submit or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies, external services, and tracking

The website's application code does not include advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics. Hosting, security, sign-in, and payment services may use cookies or similar technologies for their own functions. The private order dashboard uses ChatGPT sign-in. Loading external fonts can send your IP address and browser request information to Google.

The website does not change its behavior in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal. We do not add services that track your browsing across unrelated websites for advertising. External websites, including Stripe checkout and Google review pages, follow their own privacy and cookie practices.

Retention and security

We retain request, order, payment, approval, and support records as needed to provide services, handle replacements and disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the purpose of the record. We use a private dashboard and restricted administrative access to protect customer details. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security.

Your information and requests

Email support@businessreviewcard.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted. Include your request reference if available. We may need to verify your identity before making changes, and some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, an active order, or a dispute. We will explain any limits that apply to your request.

Children

Our services are intended for business owners and authorized business representatives, not children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We will post changes here and update the effective date. If a material change affects how we use or disclose information already collected, we will provide a prominent website notice or contact affected customers by email as appropriate.
