Requests and payments

Provide accurate contact, business, shipping, and review-link details, and submit requests only for a business you are authorized to represent. Saving a form creates a request reference. It does not confirm payment or authorize printing. Card payment is completed separately through Stripe checkout.

Prices are in U.S. dollars: $99 for one basic card and $149 for one custom card, including free U.S. shipping. Taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout. U.S. shipping is free. Review the payment details before checkout. Cards are a one-time purchase with no BusinessReviewCard subscription or recurring card fee.

Card functionality

An NFC card opens the supplied Google review link on a compatible phone when the user taps the notification. Compatibility depends on the phone, settings, placement, and surface. The customer chooses whether to leave a review and submits it themselves. A card does not automatically create a review or guarantee reviews, ratings, sales, or search rankings.

Google and Stripe are third-party services. BusinessReviewCard is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Third-party availability, accounts, and platform rules apply.

Custom designs and approval

A custom card includes a design preview sent by email. Payment starts the design process. Printing waits until you approve the final preview by email. Check the name, logo, wording, colors, and review link carefully and request any corrections before approval. Screen colors and physical print colors can vary.

You must have permission to use the logos, images, and other materials you provide. The sample designs on this website are illustrative concepts for fictional businesses, not customer testimonials or completed customer orders.

Shipping and delivery

U.S. shipping is free. Estimated delivery is 5 to 7 days for design, printing, and shipping after payment and receipt of the required business details. Custom cards require your approval before printing, and time waiting for approval can extend the timeline. Delivery is an estimate, not a guarantee. Taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout.

Final sale and free replacements

Card purchases are final sale. Defective cards or cards damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost. Email support@businessreviewcard.com with your order reference and a photo or description of the issue to arrange a free replacement. This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by law.

Website creation

Website creation costs $499 for up to five pages and two revision rounds. We confirm the pages, features, costs, and timing with you before work begins. The creation payment is collected only after you approve the website. Submitting an inquiry does not create a payment obligation or start a subscription.

Domain registration and hosting are quoted separately before work begins. Additional pages, new features, and work outside the agreed scope require a separate quote.

Website maintenance

Maintenance is $29.99 per month from website launch when separately arranged with you. It includes periodic checks that the site loads, checks of links, buttons, forms, and mobile layout, routine text and image updates, and troubleshooting of existing features. Redesigns, new features, and third-party fees are quoted separately. There is no promise of 24/7 monitoring or a fixed response time.

To cancel future maintenance renewals, email support before your next billing cycle. Domain and hosting arrangements are separate and should be reviewed when canceling maintenance.

Privacy and contact

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle form submissions and service information. Contact support with questions, corrections, or concerns about an order. If these terms change, we will update this page and its effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing order without your agreement, except where required by law.
