What is included in the $750 website package?
Contractors in Anaheim get the same package. Up to 5 pages with mobile-friendly design, copywriting based on customer-provided business facts, customer-supplied photos, services and service areas, a contact form, click-to-call, domain connection, and launch. Includes 2 consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope.
How do payments and preview approval work?
The creation fee is $750 total. Pay $375 upfront to begin. Review the completed preview and provide written approval, then pay the remaining $375 before launch. Submitting an inquiry does not charge you or start a subscription. Payment is arranged separately after scope confirmation.
Are hosting and a domain included?
Domain registration, paid hosting, and third-party service charges are separate and disclosed before purchase. Separate websites, standalone applications, and requests outside the agreed coverage require separate quotes. Work beyond the $750 package scope, such as new pages, redesigns, new features, substantial copywriting, SEO campaigns, and third-party troubleshooting, is quoted separately unless covered by active maintenance within your remaining allowance.
When does maintenance start, and can I cancel?
$49.99 per month starting at launch. Maintenance requires a separate recurring-payment authorization. Cancel maintenance by emailing support@businessreviewcard.com before the next monthly renewal. Cancellation does not revoke ownership of your paid-for website. Read the full maintenance terms.
What does maintenance include?
Includes monthly website checks and up to 8 hours of updates per billing month to the website you purchased from BusinessReviewCard. Unused hours do not roll over. Read more for how time is counted, what is separate, and what is not included.
What if I need more than 8 hours?
We ask whether you want to schedule the work for your next billing month or approve a separate quote. No additional charges without your approval. Read more.
What is the project schedule?
We confirm your project schedule after receiving the required business information, photos, and account access. Work begins after the $375 upfront payment. The final $375 is due after your written approval of the completed preview and before launch.
Who owns my website and accounts?
You own your domain and hosting account, which are registered in your name. After final payment, we provide your website source files, a recoverable site copy, and hosting and handover instructions. You retain ownership of your paid-for website if you cancel maintenance. You must have permission to use the content and photos you supply.
Which website does this plan cover?
Only the website you purchased from BusinessReviewCard. Separate websites and standalone applications are not included. Submitting an inquiry does not activate maintenance or start billing. Maintenance requires a separate recurring-payment authorization.
Do I need to buy a review card?
No separate card purchase is needed. Every $750 website includes a free Google review card. Cards are also available on their own: see Google review cards.
Is the painter demo a real customer’s website?
No. Coast & Brush is a fictional Orange County painting company created to demonstrate a five-page website. It is labeled as a demonstration, it is not a completed customer project, and its estimate form is a simulation.
Do you build websites for businesses other than painters?
Painters and contractors are our focus. Other small service businesses in Orange County are welcome to send an inquiry and tell us what they do.
